Low Neutralization Capacity (Neutralization Mode Only)
For the Dionex AERS 500e this problem is caused when the ion exchange sites in the
suppressor are converted from the hydronium form to the salt form. They must be converted
back to the hydronium form for efficient operation.
For the Dionex CERS 500e this problem is caused when the ion exchange sites in the suppressor
are converted from the hydroxide form to a salt form. They must be converted back to the
hydroxide form for efficient operation.
