Maintenance Inspection Schedule
A closely followed maintenance program will help to keep your Thermo King
unit in top operating condition. The following general schedule is provided
to assist in monitoring that maintenance.

Inspect/Check/Service These Items
•
Check unit for any active alarms.
•
Inspect exterior of evaporator and condenser.
•
*Inspect evaporator air inlet and outlet for blockage (dirt, debris,
cargo, etc.).
•
*Inspect condenser air inlet and outlet for blockage (dirt, debris,
etc.).
•
Adequate air space above and around cargo.
•
Inspect evaporator drain hoses (Verify water is not collecting in drain
pan).
•
Check unit for proper defrost operation.
•
*Clean evaporator drain hoses.
•
*Clean evaporator and condenser coils.
•
Inspect moisture indicator and refrigerant level.
•
Inspect wiring harnesses and connectors.
•
Inspect refrigerant hoses.
