Setting the 12-Inch Oven to W arm
Proofing time may be decreased when
using the large oven at the same time
you ar e pr oofing. C heck br ead
product early to avoid over-proofing.
If you are using the large oven for
ext ended per iods of t ime w e
recommend, for optimum results,
that you complete the proofing before
using the large oven.
1.
Preheat oven to warm.
D o not turn on the O ven Control Knob.
2.
Place the hot food in small oven. Close door.
The ideal
temperature for keeping the food warm will be maintained until the
Selector Switch is turned off.
3.
Do not open the oven door unnecessarily.
O pening the door
will reduce the temperature of the oven.

This feature maintains the warm environment needed for keeping cooked
foods hot.

CAUTION
D o not use the W arming O ven for cooking food. The warming oven
temperature is not hot enough to cook foods at safe temperatures.

Place dough in dish in the small oven. Close the door.

Select PRO O F

3.
Set a minute timer
for the minimum proof time.

Do not open the oven door unnecessarily.
O pening the
door will lower the temperature of the air in the oven and
lengthen the proofing time.
