Setting Bake / Convection Bake
N O T E:
W hen the oven is used for an
extended period of time at a high temperature,
the cooling blower will turn on. This is
normal. This cooling blower will also operate
during Broil and during the Self-Cleaning
cycle.
If the blower is not running during
these modes, do not use the oven.
Call
a qualified appliance technician to repair the
unit.
1. Select BA K E or CON V ECT I ON • BA K E using the
Selector switch.
2. Set T em per at ur e using the O ven Control Knob.

The convection fans turn on if
CO N VECT IO N BAKE
is selected.
▲
The
O VEN
and
H EAT IN G
turns on.
▲
The
H EAT IN G
light cycles off and on. The oven is
preheated when the
H EAT IN G
light cycles off the first
time.
▲
The
O VEN O N
light illuminates and remains on until the
O FF
Selector switch is turned off or the oven control knob
is turned to the
O FF
position.
▲
The needle of the gauge in the center of the control panel
moves to the selected temperature.
T he gauge is for
reference only.

These cooking modes are for baking, roasting or warming
using one, two or three racks.
