Two key points for operations:

 

1)

 

Locate the exact location of the pain: Apply the pads (electrodes) to the muscle area 

where you are experiencing pain, stiffness or soreness.

 

2)

 

Intensity: The intensity should be gradually increased until you reach the highest

setting before it becomes uncomfortable.
