4. Changing from trimmer to brushcutter
Remove the trimmer head
1. Fit the holder(7) in the hole of the trimmer gear(9),
and the bearing(5) so that it fastens the axle.
2. Dismount the trimmer head(8) clockwise.
Notice: Keep the parts for the trimmer head together
for later use.
Mounting of blade
1. Fit the holder(7) in the hole of the trimmer gear(9),
and the bearing(5) so that is fastens the axle.
2. Fit the blade (6) and the washer(4) onto the axle.
3. Fit the washer(3) and nut(2). Fasten tightly anticlockwise.
4. Fit the pin(1).
Always make sure that the blade is tightly fastened. If in doubt ask your local dealer
for advice.
Use of the blade

When the engine is stopped the rotating blade must be held in grass or bush until it
holds still.

Always hold the tool with both hands.

The machine may not be used if the safety guard is not correctly fitted and in good
condition.

Always stop the engine before attempting to remove objects that may have stuck on
the blade.

Never touch or try to stop the blade while it is still spinning.

A rotating blade may cause damage, as it continues to spin after the engine has
stopped or the gas has been turned off. Always be in control of the tool until the
blade has stopped spinning.

Always make sure that the blade is mounted securely and correctly before every
time is used.

Only use a sharp blade. Replace blades that are worn or damaged.
