this is expected after power loss. Alternatively, the
battery voltages may be below specification but
not dangerously low.

The batteries are all operating properly.

Battery voltages or currents are above
specification, but not dangerously high.

Battery voltages or currents are dangerously high;
the system should be serviced.

Monitoring has been turned off to suppress
