Carefully unpack the programmable slow cooker and clean it, see „

Pour 4 cups of water into the inner pot, place it in the slow cooker body (base) and cover it with the glass lid.

Rinse the inner container, dry it thoroughly and put it back in the slow cooker.
First use
Put the cooking material into the inner pot and cover it with a glass lid. The best cooking result is achieved if you fill the inner pot for at least
half. Small quantities can also be prepared, but in this case it may be necessary to adjust the cooking time. When cooking soup or vegetables,
leave enough space under the lid.
When cooking vegetables and meat, place the vegetables first in the inner pot, then the meat and other ingredients.
When cooking in „
H - high temperature
“ mode, watch the cooking process as some soups can start to foam. Remember that frequent lifting
of the lid increases the cooking time.
CAUTION:
The inner pot may not withstand sudden changes in temperature. If the inner pot is hot, do not add cold water to it.
Always add warm liquid before cooking frozen food.
Connect the slow cooker to the 230 V socket. The 3 LEDs of the programs will blink until the unit is programmed.

After completing the cooking process carefully gently lift the glass lid. This will allow the steam to escape before removing the inner pot from
the slow cooker pot body (base).
Remove the inner pot, unplug the power cord and let the slow cooker cool down.

Hints for slow cooking
Due to the nature of slow farming, the meat does not brown, as if it was cooked in a pan or oven. Before slow cooking, it is not necessary to
fry the meat or poultry, but you can do it if the meat tastes good.
Frying minced beef, bacon and sausage from slow cooking may be desirable if you want to remove excess fat from meat. The meat should be
placed in the inner pot so that it does not touch the glass lid.
Lean meat such as chicken or pork tenderloin is faster than fibrous and fatty meat such as bovine plexus or pork shoulder. Baking meat with
bone prolongs the cooking time compared to boneless meat.
Avoid opening a slow cooker during cooking as it causes considerable heat and steam loss. If you need to be still open, proceed as quickly as
possible.
