Delay
Use this function for delayed start of cooking. We do not recommend using this feature for fast
perishable foods such as meat or fish, if left untreated for several hours at room temperature. Cooked
rice may change the texture to a soft one due to longer soaking time, or you can burn it more easily.
Also oatmeal, foamy and sticky food are not suitable for this function because they can clog the blue
safety floating valve.
Put the food in the inner pot.
Close the top lid by turning it clockwise.
Make sure that the valve lever is in the „
Sealing
“ position.
Plug the power cord into a 230 V socket.
„
0000
“ appears on the LED display.
Press the „
Delay
“ button. The LED display shows „
0:30
“, which equals 30 minutes of delay.
Pressing the „
Delay
“ button again, prolongs the start of cooking for another 30 minutes. The
maximum delay time is 24 hours.
The time displayed on the LED display shows how long the pressure cooker will wait until the
next selected program starts.
For example, if you want to program the automatic start of the pressure cooker after 3 hours,
press the „
Delay
“ button several times until the „
3:00
“ LED displays.
After selecting the delay time, select the program to be started.
The LED on the front panel then lights up at the „
Delay
“ button and another diode illuminates at
the selected program.
The remaining time remaining in the program will be counted on the display.
„
Delay
“ can not be used with the „
Sauté
“ program.

“ appears on the LED
display.
The milk starts to heat to 72 ~ 83°C, then the heating stops and the LED display shows "
YOGT
".
Release the pressure in the pot and open the lid.
Remove the inner stainless pot and allow the milk to cool to approximately 40°C, check the
temperature with the thermometer.
Tip: You can speed up the cooling of the milk by cooling the stainless steel pot in the ice bath.
Then whisk 2 tbs of yoghurt (unsweetened, without fruit) into the milk and put the stainless pot back
into the pressure cooker body.
Close the pressure cooker, the valve may either be in the „
Sealing
“ or „
Venting
“ position.
Press the „
Yoghurt
“ button, then press the „
Adjust
“ button until „
08:00
“ appears on the LED
display for milk cultivation for 8 hours.

refrigerator.
