• Replacing the engine coolant heating element (c)
1 Open the engine compartment.
2 Drain the engine coolant.

Disconnect the power wire from the heating
element.

Loosen the retaining fasteners and remove the
heating element.
POWER PLANT HEATERS
• Replacing the battery pad (d)
1 Open the engine compartment.
2 Disconnect the power wire of the battery pad
from the relevant branch box.

Remove the fasteners securing the pad and
its support to the lower side of the battery and
remove the pad.
