Customizing the telephone

Assigning functions / call numbers to keys

Setting up an abbreviated dialling destination

Press the “Menu” function key.

Scroll to the Settings menu item.

Confirm your selection.

Scroll to the Keys menu item.

Confirm your selection.

Scroll to the Abbrev. dial keys menu item.

Confirm your selection.

Confirm Set abbrev. dialling. This step is not required if you are setting up

an abbreviated dialling destination for the first time.

Press the desired digit key, for example 1. The call number is saved.

Enter the call number.

Confirm the entry.
