The CTI--Link has a V. 24 interface for connecting a PC for TAPI applications (e.g.
Tenovis Com4Tel) or other CTI applications.
Setting a CTI application
Press the “Menu” function key.
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Link settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the CTI applic.: none menu item.
Confirm your selection. The current application is displayed in brackets
(“[none]”).
Select the respective application, for example [TAPI].
Confirm the selection (The selected menu item is no longer displayed in
brackets). You do not need to make any further settings if the Com4Tel has been
connected to the CTI--Link. If another CTI application has been connected however,
you need to determine further settings in the “CTI setup” menu such as Protocol or
Baud rate.
