Establishing several connections
Forwarding callers
If you want to forward your opposite party, for example to the call number 1234:
Press the “Refer--back” function key.
Enter the call number to which you want to connect the
opposite party (1234 in this example). You can announce the caller to the called
party if the called party answers. Your first call partner is put on hold.
Scroll to the Transfer to ... menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Consulting someone during a call (refer--back)
During a call:
Press the “Refer--back” function key. The opposite party is put on hold.
Enter the number you wish to refer back to.
Speaking with parties alternately
If you want to speak with a call party (e.g. 5058) who has been put on hold:
Scroll to the Interchange with 5058 menu item.
Confirm your selection.

You can also start a refer--back call under the menu item “new call to ...”.

You can also forward the call by replacing the handset if the called subscriber
answers.

You can return to the first call by pressing ”Esc” if the called subscriber does not
answer.
