Drive motor tripped.
Remove overload condition and reset key.
Short circuit to drive motor.
Contact Service Center.
Four
Battery lockout.
Recharge batteries immediately.

Controller tripped.
Contact Service Center.

High battery voltage reading
Check battery connections.

Turn key to restore.
