4. Turn the machine power off.

5. To adjust the amount of deflection, remove

the squeegee suction hose from the

squeegee.

6. Loosen the jam nut on the adjustment

screw.

7. Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to

decrease the blade deflection. Turn the

adjustment screw counter-clockwise to

increase blade deflection.

8. Turn the machine power on and drive the

machine forward again to check the

squeegee blade deflection. Readjust the

squeegee blade deflection if necessary.

9. Turn the machine power off.

10. Tighten the adjustment screw jam nut.

11. Replace the squeegee suction hose on the

squeegee.

12. Raise the squeegee.

SQUEEGEE BLADES

The squeegee has two squeegee blades. Each

blade has four wiping edges. To use them all, start

with one wiping edge. To use the next wiping

edge, rotate the blade end-for-end. To use the

next wiping edge, rotate the top edges down,

bottom edges up. To use the last edge, rotate the

blade end-for-end.

Replace any worn or damaged squeegee blades.
