Note
To
enter
and
save
information
about
the
current
project,
add
a
project
note
in
the
Note
pane
and
enter
the
data
about
the
project.

Trace Filename & Path
Click
the
Change
Default
Location
button
in
the
Trace
Filename
&
Path
field
and
choose
a
file
name
and
location
for
the
results
of
your
current
project.
The
trace
files
can
only
be
saved
as
.ddrt
files.
You
must
select
a
location
that
is
considered
“writeable”
to
the
operating
systems.

Capture
There
are
three
possible
options
for
capturing
a
trace:
DDR
Signals
Only,
DDR
Signals
with
Ref
Clk
In,
and
Ref
Clk
In
Only.
DDR
Signals
This
should
be
the
default
capture
mode
for
DDR
analysis.
Select
from
either
DDR3
or
DDR4.
Ref
Clock
In
This
will
edge
‐
detect
a
clock
at
the
Ref
Clock
In
SMA
connector
and
show
it
in
the
Waveform
View.
It
requires
a
minimum
10ns
period.
The
resulting
display
in
the
Waveform
view
will
make
it
appear
as
a
short
pulse
at
each
edge
‐
detection
point.
