Back panel and receiver connections
1.
Common Interface Double Common Interface (CI/CI+) housing to insert Modules for Conditional access
(Conditional Access Module - CAM) in order to use pay-TV services.
NOTE
For the use with CAM modules and Smart Cards, refer to the user manual supplied with those CAM modules and
Smart Cards.

RF IN TV signal input from the terrestrial antenna.

RF OUT Pass-through terrestrial TV signal.
WARNING
When the receiver is in a standby mode to save energy (paragraph 5.7), the RF pass-through output is not active.

Input TV signal coming from your satellite dish.

WARNINGS AND NOTES
Through the HDMI connection, the receiver automatically recognizes the video resolution supported by the
connected screen/television and will only present those detected. For proper recognition, you should first turn
the screen / TV on and then the receiver.
Despite the aforementioned automation, in order to avoid inconveniences due to a lack of or incorrect
communication between the devices for example, be sure to always choose from the receiver, a video resolution
based on the specifications of the connected screen.

USB 3.0 USB connector to ready personal multimedia content (video, images, music) and for possible software
updates.
WARNING
Compatible with USB memory devices formatted with FAT16/FAT32 file system.
Full compatibility cannot be guaranteed with all USB memory devices on the market.
Some USB-hard drives may require auxiliary power. We recommend the use of discs with an external power
supply.
