If the signal quality does not already show “Locked”, check that the signal
quality changes from
No Signal
to
Low Signal

Acquiring satellites
to
Adjusting phase
to
Locked
.
NOTE.
It is okay if some steps are skipped. Depending on the signal level, it
may take from a few seconds to several minutes to leave the “No Signal” state.
