Do not clamp the current probe around any
conductor, but make sure the jaw is in the
locked position.
7.
Degauss the probe by pressing the
Degauss
or
Degauss/AutoZero
button.
8.
Connect the 5-turn current loop to the
current source, and then clamp the current
probe around the 5-turn current loop as
shown. The arrow indicator on the probe
should point away from the (+) terminal of
the current source.
9.
Set the current source output to +2.00 A.
10.
Set the DMM to measure DC volts, on
≥
2 volt range (or use Autoset).
11.
Enable the output of the current source.
