Operating Basics

Setting Up to Take a Measurement

Perform the following steps to set up the instrument to take a measurement. These steps apply for most types of measurements.

Connect a signal to the instrument.

Tap the

Signal Standard List

arrow button

to open the signal standard list.

Tap a signal standard to select it. This
signal standard is used for measurements
until you change to a different signal
standard. (See page 12,
