Command Description
:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:SOCKet:PORT <numeric_value>
Sets the port number needed to remotely control the instrument over an
Ethernet network. You can set the value from 1024 to 65535. When you
change the value, the current network connection is disconnected.

SYSTem:COMMunicate:SOCKet:PORT?
Returns the current port number setting.
:SYSTem:COMMunicate:SOCKet:RXTERM CR|LF
Sets the terminator used when the MTX100A receives commands from a
controller. The choices are CR (carriage return) and LF (linefeed). The
default value is LF.
:SYSTem:COMMunicate:SOCKet:RXTERM?
Returns the terminator used when the MTX100A receives commands from
a controller.
:SYSTem:COMMunicate:SOCKet:TXTERM CR|LF|CRLF|LFCR
Sets the terminator used when the MTX100A sends information to a
controller. The choices are CR (carriage return), LF (linefeed), CRLF, and
LFCR. The default value is CRLF.
:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:SOCKet:TXTERM?
Returns the terminator used when the MTX100A sends information to a
controller.
:SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]?
Returns an error message from the error/event queue. The response format
is as follows:
<error_code>,“<error_message>”

:SYSTem:KLOCk[:STATe] ON|OFF
Locks or unlocks the front-panel buttons and mouse operation. You can
use 1 or 0 instead of ON or OFF. The default value is OFF.
:SYSTem:KLOCk[:STATe]?
Returns the current status of lock function.
