Keypad
registration procedure
is carried out by the method of registering wireless
devices as described in MSS Setup Module. The procedure is followed by messages:
«In progress», «Done» or «Not executed» (see paragraph
6.7
).
The action is not executed in case the keypad is already registered in any wireless
network, regardless of presence or absence of communication with central control
panel.
When communication with the central CP is established, the registration is possible
after executing the
«3.Delete»
action only.
Absence of communication with the central CP is followed by the message,
while exit the
«sleep» mode by pressing any button (except for numeric buttons and
button).
In this case, use
«1 2 3 4 5 6»
default PIN-code to enter
Engineer
menu. This PIN-
code allows operating with
«
6.Keypad
» menu item only.
By this PIN-code

Route optimization
is run to find more
«favorable» repeater/router within the radio
visibility range, with the highest potentials within the wireless channel. This action is
important for systems with a sufficient number of repeaters to create backup routes.
The action is executed successfully in case the communication with the central CP is
established
.
An access to the Engineer menu on the keypad that is not registered within the
wireless network or at absence of communication with the control panel, is
possible with the use of
«1 2 3 4 5 6» PIN-code only. At that «6.Keypad» menu
item is available only.
