General dangers if the safety instructions are not followed

Tension links made by tecsis are manufactured in accordance to the
latest state of technology and are safe during operation. However, the
tension links can be the source of residual danger if they are used or
operated improperly. Any person who is entrusted to install, start up,
maintain or repair a tension link must have read and understood the
operating instructions, particularly the technical safety instructions.
Residual dangers
1.3
The performance and scope of delivery of the tension link only covers
a sub-area of force measuring technology. The technical safety as-
pects of force measuring technology must also be planned and im-
plemented by the system planner / equipper / operator in such a way
that residual dangers are minimized. The existing regulations must be
complied with. Residual dangers associated with force measuring
technology must be pointed out.

The tension link must not be modified from a structural or technical
safety point of view or opened without the express permission of
tecsis. Any modifications cancel our liability for any resulting damage.
Qualified staff
1.5
These tension links must only be used by qualified staff in accordance
to the technical data in connection with the safety requirements and
regulations mentioned in the following. The legal and safety require-
ments for the respective application must also be observed. This also
applies to the use of accessories. Qualified staff are persons who are
familiar with the installation, assembly, start-up and operation of the
product and have the qualifications to carry out their work.
Operating location conditions

The tension links must be protected from mechanical and electrical
damage.
