Several PLC versions can be present aboard according to the machine configuration.
About timers regulation, PLC can be divided in two families:
PLC without display:
The following parameters can be set using the Tecnoter RC4.32/ZEUSB interface and
software (optional):

Washing pumps start and stop delay after begin and end of camera 1 detection
•
Washing pumps stop delay after end of camera 2 detection
•
Maximum washing time
•
Booster pump functionality
•
Booster pump's floating level sensor functionality
•
Mud extractor start and stop delay after begin and end of camera 1 detection
•
Mud extractor stop delay after end of camera 2 detection
•
Mud extractor automatic cycles
PLC with display:
The following parameter can be set on the control panel
•
Washing pumps stop delay after end of camera 1 detection
•
Mud extractor stop delay after end of camera 1 detection
Parameters adjusting:
The following screen-shot represents the expected screen when the system is in normal
function.
Push button 1 to set the washing pumps stop delay.
Push button 2 to set the mud extractor stop delay
