Fit the washing pump group tube into the settling tank compartment close to the mud extractor
neck.
Secure the retaining chains of the pump to the bolts located on each side of the settling tank.
The chains have to be tight but not enough to lift the pumps (pumps must touch the floor).
Using the provided hoses and clamps, connect the pump to the pump manifold on the top of the
settling tank.
Fit the floating level sensor to the pump.
Adjust the level sensor till to obtain a change of status when the water level is 20 cm over the upper
limit of the inlet grid.
Pay particular attention to this regulation as the correct execution of this step is crucial for the life of
the pump.
WARNING
An incorrect regulation of the level sensor may damage the pump irremediably
According to the above schematic and using the provided hoses and clamps, connect washing lane
and settling tank as follow:

TF16: washing pump – Tee
•
TF14:Tee – manifold P1
•
TF15:Tee – manifold P2
•
TF13: discharge section of settling tank – manifold PR
