Oil capacity : 0,8 litre : Esso 20 W 30 or Shell X 100 20 W 40.
USING
Before using :
- Check oil level, when pump is standing still and sitting
horizontally : oil must be at level A. Top up with oil if necessary.
- Check the air pressure in the chamber in B. Air pressure
must be 1/10 of the spraying pressure.
MAINTENANCE
Before every use, check the oil level : the oil must be at level A.
Every 200 hours or at the end of the spraying season change the oil
in the pump.
Fill up slowly while rotating the shaft by hand (this bleeds off the air).
PROBLEM

The pump doesn't suck water.
One or more valves are seating
improperly.
Examine the valve seats and
clean them.
Pressure gauge fl uctuates
badly.
The pump is sucking air or air
has not been entirely bled from
the pump
Check the suction hose. Rotate
the pump with discharge hose
disconnected.
Output drops and the pump is
noisy.
Oil level is too low.
Add oil (fi ll up to level A).
Oil comes out of discharge.
One or more diaphragms are
broken
Drain the oil from the pump.
Dismantle the heads and fi t new
diaphragms. Reassemble and
fi ll to correct level.
