– USING THE MACHINE –
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the machine
The retaining chains must not be caught up by the moving parts of the tractor or the machine
5.3.3 - UNCOUPLING THE DRIVE SHAFT
WARNING
Risk of crushing and impacts due to a lack of space between the tractor and the machine
when coupling the drive shaft!
Uncouple the machine from the tractor before uncoupling the drive shaft.
1. Uncouple the machine from the tractor. Refer to paragraph "
C
oupling

maChine
" in chapter
COMMISSIONING THE MACHINE
2. Move the tractor back to leave around 25 cm between the tractor and the machine.
3. Immobilise the tractor to avoid any accidental movements.
4. Release the lock on the drive shaft of the tractor PTO.
5. Place the drive shaft onto the support provided.
6. Before prolonged storage, clean and grease the drive shaft.
5.4 - OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF THE SPRAyER
The electrically controlled distribution; the solenoid valves control the LH and RH spray feed
individually or simultaneously by means of switches on the handle or control housing.
The
spray pump (1) via the filter (2) and the
multi-channel suction valve (A) sucks according to the
layout of the valves:
• the spray mixture of the main tank (3)
• the clean water of the rinsing tank (4), this water is used to clean the spray system
The liquid that is sucked in is carried to the various functions:
◊
Front and rear hydraulic agitation via the valves (E and D). The agitators ensure that the mixture
is mixed homogeneously.
◊
Eductor feeding via valve (F) for incorporation purposes (5), (H) for the LAV'BOX (6), G for the
rinsing system (7).
◊
The multi-channel return valve (B) is sent to the LAV'TON (8) or to the incorporation system:
◊
The spray boom (9)
◊
An accessory (10)
• To apply the
mixture, fill the necessary quantity of preparation so as to fill the main tank in the
eductor tray
and suck it into the main tank.
