CHAPTER 4
4.1 - GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Tecnoma
constantly updates its machines, therefore differences in the assemblies may arise and the
description may not match exactly.
4.1.1 - TANKS
• High density polyethylene tank:
◊ 800e and 1000e: 1050 mm in width
◊ 1000 and 1200: 1200 mm in width
• Filler opening diameter 360 with strainer and hinged cover.
• Transparent tube gauge and remote emptying.
• Hydraulic agitation by hydro-injectors. Adjustable depending on the solution in the tank.
• Rinsing tank built into the design:
◊ 85 L for 800e and 1000e
◊ 120 L for 1000 and 1200
• Rinsing independent of circuit and boom, without flow back into tank.
• Rinsing of tank by 2 Lav’Tons.
• 15 L hand wash tank built into design.
• Storage box built into design.
• Using the circuit: Pack of valves grouped together with position indicator.
4.1.2 - CHASSIS
• Tried and tested, robust, single, one-piece chassis, 2 versions: narrow and wide.
• Polyester paint over a primer coat
• Stainless steel fasteners
• Lighting/signalling according to current standards
4.1.3 - HITCHING BOOM
• Hitching boom with swivel fork and safety stop. (hitch on lift arm)
• Shaft support.
• Stand
4.1.4 - AXLE
• 2 ½ axles (square section) enabling a variable rim by sliding and adjusting the height of the chassis. (for
x-cylindrical gears, max. rim 1,130 mm pour narrow Vectis and 1,480mm for wide Vectis)
• Adjustment of the axle position to the front and back.
• Tyres: 205/70R15 for 800e and 1000e, and 235/75R15 for 1000 and 1200.
• Mud guard (incompatible with certain tyre options)
4.1.5 - PUMP
• PM 190 piston-diaphragm pump: 100 l/mn 15 bar.
• Drive by single shaft
4.1.6 - FILTRATION
• Filling filter 500 microns.
• Suction filter with flap 365 and 594 microns
