3 - USE AND FUNCTION FORESEEN FOR AUTOCLAVE
Autoclave mod. EUROPA B xp is able to sterilize the 3 kind of charge indicates in the European Norm
EN 13060, specifically :
FERROUS MATERIALS OR
SOLIDS Instruments or devices without cavity or obstacles for steam penetration
POROUS PARTS Simple or composed materials they can absorb the fluid ( textures, overalls,
gauzes, medications, etc…)
HOLLOW PARTS Materials or devices with cavity, obstructions, etc…
European Norm divides these kind of parts in 2 types, it depends by dimensions
of cavity. Indicatively
TYPE B :
tubes with large hollow
TYPE A
: turbines, devices and strick with small holes or small dimensions
Autoclave must be used, only and exclusively, for the sterilization of instruments and materials compatible with
steam sterilization systems.
This equipment can be used in the dental, medical, aesthetic fields and, generally, in all the fields where the
sterilization of the instruments and materials is made
This device has been certified for the sterilization of the following materials:
-wrapped and unwrapped solid materials for a maximum load of 5 Kg.
-Type A/B hollow materials for a maximum load of 5 Kg
-Porous materials for a maximum load of Kg.1,5
Valid for European countries only
Always verify that the load to be sterilized can support the cycle temperature chosen.
