You can tell which panel you are setting because its receiver will “tick” when you’re 

on the screen for that panel. (Latest versions of receiver only).

 Anticipation sensitivity

Use +/- keys to adjust from 1 °C to 6 °C. (default = 3 °C)

This setting allows you to adjust the anticipation parameters depending on the 
behaviour of the room. If the room is getting hot too early, increase the sensitivity to 
a higher number of degrees. If the room is getting hot too late, decrease the 
sensitivity to a smaller number of degrees.
