BODY CONTINUITY: It is statistically recognized that it is difficult (if not impossible)
to measure the HR of certain people using a Hand Sensor. This may be caused by a
number of reasons which may affect the effectiveness of the "electric" contact between
the skin of the user and the HS electrodes, such as: freshly-washed or particularly dry
hands, particular acidity level of the skin and/or particular body fat index. For these
persons one should use a Heart Rate Band.
CORRECT USE OF HAND SENSOR: Grasp both the top and bottom plate without
doing so too tightly and avoid washing your hands aggressively so as to avoid particular
dryness.
