For the operator
Each t ime t he machine is w ashed, all accessible w ashers should be greased w it h vaseline t o make
assembly and operat ion easier.
Carry out maint enance every w eek by ext ract ing t he draw er (
P ) locat ed on t he lef t hand side of t he
machine t o make sure t here are no leakages f rom t he t urbine w asher. If t he draw er ( P ) is f ull of ice-
cream, replace t he t urbine w asher ( 3 ). For inf ormat ion on t his please see below .
Periodically check t he w ear and t ear on t he scraper blades ( 4 ), see below , and w hen necessary replace
t hem.
At t he st art of each new season, if necessary, replace all t he w ashers. See below f or t he Order Code.

For the Authorized Technician
After the first month’s operation, check the tension on the turbine stirrer motor belts. To increase
t ension, adjust screw (
T ) as show n in t he f igure.
At t he end of each season or at t he st art of t he new one, carry out t he f ollow ing checks:
- check t he ref rigerat ion syst em is operat ing ef f icient ly: quant it y of ref rigerat ing gas and cleaning of
t he Condenser
- check t he level of heat ing Glycol f rom ( LG ).
- check t he st at e of w ear and t ear on t he t ransmission belt s and replace if necessary
