Operation of batch freezing keys
Batch freezing control keyboard:
STOP
key : w hen t he console is connect ed t o t he pow er supply t his key
aut omat ically light s up.
Press t his key t o st op t he machine at any t ime.
ICE-CREAM key
: press t o produce ice-cream.
St art -up of t he st irrer mot or at low speed and t he ref rigerat ion compressor are
separat e. The st irrer mot or st art s f irst and t hen af t er a f ew seconds t he
ref rigerat or compressor is act ivat ed.
ICE-CREAM OUTLET key
: press t his key t o empt y t he machine of ice-cream
rapidly.
In t his posit ion t he st irrer mot or rot at es at high speed.
In t his posit ion t he ref rigerat or compressor w ill not operat e.
WASHING key
: press t his key t o st art t he st irrer mot or at high speed. It
w ill st op aut omat ically af t er 20 seconds.
CAUTION:
If t he ( IG ) but t on is not connect ed (light on),
t he keyboard and display remain of f .
If t he f lange handle (
MF ) is not properly
closed, t he keyboard w ill not t urn on and
w ill not accept commands.
If f lange (
F ) is open, t he keyboard w ill
remain of f and w ill not accept commands.
