Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The DIGITRADIO keeps dropping the
digital radio signal.
You are driving through regions with a
weak DAB signal.
Check the DAB network coverage in your
current location.
The DIGITRADIO is installed incorrectly.
Check the installation instructions.
Something is causing interference.
> Switch off any satellite navigation
systems, dash cams and other devices to
see if the signal strength increases.
> Use the 12 V adapter provided since
other adapters may cause
interference.
The DIGITRADIO is constantly
switching off of its own accord.
Automatic standby mode is
enabled.
If this happens too frequently, adjust the
setting for the automatic standby mode.

I cannot connect my DIGITRADIO to
a compatible mobile device.
Bluetooth is not enabled on your
mobile device.
Check that your mobile device is
Bluetooth-compatible and that
Bluetooth is enabled.
A different Bluetooth device is
connected to the DIGITRADIO.
Switch Bluetooth off on the other device.
The DIGITRADIO is not paired properly
with the mobile device.
Pair the DIGITRADIO with your mobile
