2 Safety instructions
Please observe the following instructions to minimise any safety hazards, prevent damage to the device, and help protect the
environment. Please read all the safety instructions carefully and store them for future reference. Always follow all the warnings
and instructions in this instruction manual and on the rear of the device.

misuse or undesired operation.

1. Read these instructions and keep them safe.
2. Observe the stated warnings.
3. Follow the instruction manual.
4. Any installation or use deviating from these instructions may result in product safety impairment and cause the
guarantee to become void.
5. Only use power supply units that are listed in the user handbook or in the instruction manual.
6. Install the display/control unit, the receiver and the antenna in such a way that the safety of the vehicle and the
functioning of the airbags and other safety provisions are not impaired.
7. Do not route the cables and wires near to the steering wheel.
8. Only connect the product to the 12 V power supply of the vehicle, and only use the adapter provided when doing so.
9. Do not operate the product in such a way that may lead to negligent driving or to inadequate control of your vehicle.
10. Do not immerse the product in water.

Clean the product with a dry cloth only.
12. Do not place the product on sources of heat, such fan heaters, or in their vicinity.
13. This product must be used only with the types of battery and the 12 V accessory power unit in the scope of supply.
