When using the camera to film a video, most of the advanced feature
menu options are the same as still photography. You can refer to the
previous section for an explanation of these menu options.
The two additional menu options that appear in the camera menu
when filming a video are highlighted in the menu diagram below.
CAMERA ADVANCED FEATURES MENU - VIDEOS
Record quality:
This feature enables you to set the sound quality of your recordings. A
lower quality setting will also reduce the size of the video file.
Record Gain:
A setting of 3 or 4 is recommended for record gain. If the recording
sound is too quiet, increase the gain. If the recording crackles or
distorts, reduce the gain setting.
