OPERATION
USB connection and charging options
When the player is connected to a computer the USB option menu will
display 3 options.
SWITCHING THE PLAYER ON AND OFF
Switching the player on
Press and
•
hold
the button.
The display lights. After a short delay a welcome message ‘Technika’ is
shown on the display, then the main menu.
Switching the player off
Press and
•
hold
the button for 3 seconds.
A farewell message ‘Technika’ is shown on the display. After a short
delay the display will switch off.
The Main Menu
When the player is switched on the Main Menu will be automatically
displayed (see the next page for the Main Menu options).
From the Main Menu press the
•
button to scroll through the
available modes of Music, Photos, Videos, Radio, Record, Explorer,
Settings.
Press the
•
/,
button to select a menu option.
NOTE: You can return to the Main Menu at any time by pressing and
holding
the
button.
USB CONNECTION MENU
Choose ‘Data transfer’ when copying files to the player.
•
Choose ‘Charge & Play’ to use your player from USB power when
•
the battery is flat.
Choose ‘Charge’ to charge the battery without transferring data
•
or using the player.
If you don’t choose an option, the player will automatically connect
for data transfer.
