The percentage of the bandwith.

Burstsize in kilo bytes (KB).

Number of real-time priority queues.

Enable, disable the best effort background queue.
OPTIONAL
ecnthreshold
The ECN marking threshold.
OPTIONAL
weight1
The weight of queue 1 used for weighted fair queueing
(WFQ) or weighted round robin (WRR).

The weight of queue 2 used for weighted fair queueing
(WFQ) or weighted round robin (WRR).

The weight of queue 3 used for weighted fair queueing
