4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Switching the Instrument On
Ensure the instrument has been correctly installed and the power cable is
connected into the power cable socket in the back panel of the instrument.
If the printer is fitted, switch the printer on using the on/off switch (position 2)
Switch the instrument on, using the on/off switch in the back panel of the
instrument.
The initialization procedure is performed and, depending on the washer type, one
of the following initialization messages is displayed:
HEADER
V3.xx
Version V X.x is the instrument's software version.
If the
Rinse: Night
rinsing procedure was not performed before the instrument
was switched off, the following message is displayed:
You should Rinse
no yes
Select if a rinsing procedure is to be performed.
After the rinsing procedures have been completed or omitted, the instrument
proceeds to the standby mode and the following message is displayed:
Run XX yyyyyyyy
- + other yes
Where XX is the displayed program number and yyyyyyyy the program name.
Caution
The instrument must be primed before it can be used. Please ensure that
the dispensing and aspiration pumps are not run for longer than a few
minutes without liquid or they will be damaged.
