Character Setting Operations
•
To set a one-byte character, enter the COL (column) code and then the ROW code, followed by the
[#]
key.
ex.) To set “%”, enter 205 and depress the
[#]
key.
To set “kg”, enter1508 and depress the
[#]
key.

To set a space instead of a character, simply depress the
[#]
key without a prior entry, or enter 200 and
depress the
[#]
key.
•
To set two-byte characters, depress the
[Dbl]
key to declare the two-byte character entry, then enter a
character code, followed by the
[#]
key. The
[Dbl]
key declaration is effective until this key is depressed again.
