Headings Description
Date This is the transaction date.
Time This is the time that the transaction took place.
Order Number This is the invoice number.
User This is the user who performed the transaction.
Location If your business has multiple locations, the specific location would be displayed here.
IP Address The Mobile Phone address. (Unsure what this refers to – WiFi/BT terminals only?)
Terminal ID This is the unique ID for your terminal.
Serial # This is your terminal's serial number.
Mobile Device ID This is the unique ID for the Mobile Phone used.
Transaction Type This is the type of transaction performed. There are three possibilities: Sale , Refund , or Void .
Payment Method This is the payment type used to pay for the transaction. There are three possibilities:
Credit , Debit , or Cash .
Entry Method This is how the card was used to in the transaction: Contactless , Chip , or Swipe ).
Card Type This is the type of card used to pay for the transaction. The possibilities are: Visa , MC ,
AE (American Express), and Interac .
Card Number This is the credit or debit card number used in the transaction.
Auth # This is the transaction authorization number.
Discount This is the discount amount or percentage.
Subtotal: This is the total amount before tax and tip have been added.
HST/GST/PST/QST These are the tax amounts collected for the transactions.
Tip This is the tip amount.
Total This is the total amount of the transaction including tax and tip.
Receipt Sent This is the date that the receipt was sent.
Recipient Email This is the email address where the receipt was sent.

This is the mobile phone number where the receipt was sent.
Status This is the status of the transaction. There are three possibilities: Approved , Declined ,
or Not Completed .
