Merchant Portal
The Merchant Portal is an online website that allows you to monitor and update your account, to view reports
and analytics, and track your sales. The information is arranged into the following tabs:

Dashboard – a quick overview of current and historical transactions
•
Sales History – a detailed view of transactions
•
Reports – three reports (Detailed Transactions, Product Sales, and Tax)
•
Monthly Statements – access your available historical monthly statements
•
Card Readers – a list of the terminals used by your business
•
Staff – add, edit, and delete user IDs for your business
•
Settings – view and edit your login profile, view your business profile, and edit the custom message
on your receipt
To access the Merchant Portal go to

Financial transactions
All financial transactions must be initiated from the TD Mobile Pay application and payment must be received
via the card reader.
New Sale
Before starting a sale ensure that your card reader:

is active. Press the
Power
key to wake up your card reader.
