View your business profile
To view and verify that your business information is correct, you can review your business profile:
1.
On the TD Mobile Pay app: Press
Menu
Settings
Business Profile.
On the Merchant Portal: Click
Settings
Business Profile.
Manage your staff / users
There are three user levels:
•
Business Owner
•
Supervisor
•
Employee
The Staff User feature allows you to have additional user accounts for your employees to use with their own
card reader or share multiple devices.
Add a new staff user account
To add a new employees:
1.
On the Merchant Portal: Click
Staff
.
2.
Click
Add Staff
.
3.
Enter the following:
First Name
,
Last Name
,
,
Mobile Phone Number
,
Language
,
Role
(Employee or Supervisor), and whether you want to give them
Refund Permission
.
4.
Click
Save
.
View your staff / user accounts
To view the list of your employees:
1.
On the Merchant Portal: Click
Staff
.
2.
You staff list will display with the following headings:
•
First Name
•
Last Name
•
Email (where any TD Mobile Pay communications will be sent such as password resets.)
•
Mobile Phone Number (where any SMS / Text authentications will be sent)
•
Role (Employee or Supervisor)
To change the name or address associated on your business profile, please call our TD Merchant
Solutions Contact Centre at
1-800-363-1163
.
Be cautious as to who you give
Refund Permission
to as it has the potential for fraud.
Your new staff will not be visible on your list of staff users until it is processed by a TDMS Support
Representative. Once completed, an email will be sent to you and your newly added staff member
to confirm the addition.
