Only for systems with central
The IMM2500 supports the following functions in systems with PC-central or PFS:
Configure call and announcement groups
The device can be allocated to three different announcement groups. Thus, it is possible to
realise the
announcement
e.g. on a floor and alternating in a staircase.
The fun
ctions have to be configured via the configuration software configo™.
Factory setting: call and announcement groups with value 0 (=all).
Grouped and single announcements, separating the indoor stations into call and an-
nouncement groups (max. 64), call and announcement groups: central dialing, and
ring
tone
, announcement, device is blocked for the resident during
call
/ announcement
(timeout = 5 min)
Also door calls, internal calls and floor calls are blocked.
The configuration via TCS software TTNTerm is not possible.
Listen-in and speaking-into rooms (TTN function)
The IMM2500 supports this function in systems with PC-central or PFS.
By pressing one of the configured buttons (RED, YELLOW, GREEN), a control function
is sent. The call is signalled in the central.
The central calls back the calling indoor station by accepting the call.
Via the loudspeaker in the basic module the central can talk to the resident and listen
via the microphone in the special function module, without that the handset must be lift-
ed by the resident.
As long as the function is activated, loudspeaker and microphone are set to maximum
automatically.
One of the buttons of the special function module can be configured for this purpose via
the configuration software configo
™.
Labelling the function keys
Labelling the buttons is an important support for correct operating.
Open:
Push the cover of the button labelling carefully upwards with a suitable tool (e.g.
small screwdriver) until it can be removed. Remove the labelling strip.
Labelling:
On the labelling strip the function of the buttons RED, YELLOW, GREEN
(e.g. room surveillance ON or call facility manager) can be entered. The paper can be
labelled with a waterproof marker.
Insert:
Insert the labelling strip. Place the cover in the upper cavity again, then push it
into the lower cavity until it snaps-in.
