System requirements
To ensure a smooth operation of the FBI6119-0400 the following system requirements are necessary:

Components for the FBI6119-0400
‐
TCS:BUS door communication systems consist of at least one front-door station and a power supply and control
unit (e.g. BVS20-SG + NGV1011-0400 or VBVS05-SG)
‐
IPv4 network (if mobile end devices are to be connected, a WLAN connection must be established additionally)
‐
for a video transmission a video front-door station must be installed
indoor stations
For the operation with the FBI6119-0400 the following indoor stations can be used:
‐
all indoor stations of TCS TürControlSysteme AG
‐
Windows PC with TCS:Softphone
mobile App for smart devices
‐
TCS:App for Google Android or Apple iOS operating system
If you want to use the TCS:App for Android or iOS from the internet, the following requirements are nec-
essary:

internet connection with 2400 kbit/s upload or faster
‐
at least 3G (HSPA/HSDPA) mobile internet
‐
for calls via web the network access of the gateway must be realised via a dynamic DNS address or
static DNS address (e.g. for DNS provider: myfritz.net)
‐
e.g. external SIP provider: Linephone.org
Configuration
To cinfigure the network you need the following components:

a PC (e.g. laptop) or smart device (smartphone, tablet) that is connected to the network

web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Chrome ...) that is installed on the Windows PC resp. smart device
