PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Oper.Parameter
First connect power cord and diversified signal line as YPbPr line,VGA line,HDMI line ,
RF line ,S-video line and side AV input line.
Turn on the TV set,and check picture and audio is normal of TV mode ,and check the key
board ,IR receiver and remote control functional is normal.
Then again check picture and audio is normal of diversified signal(YPbPr ,VGA ,HDMI,
S-sideo and side AV)
Do“SHOP” if the factory mode is open.
We can enter the factory mode by pressing the “return”key of remote control.

PRECAUTIONS
1.The real goods used above items must be the same as BOM list's goods.
2.Operator should wear Gloves when operating.
3.The processes is operated on a strict self-test, to prevent defective products into the next process.
sound checking items & standard:
1)have sound every channel.
2)volume strong ,listen normally.
3)no sound intermittent when tapping.
4)no distortion/hum/squeak/shaking sound etc.
5)no dead dot & hopping off when adjusting volume.
6)sound variation distinct when adjusting volume.
7)not reversed between right and left sound channel.
8)switches rightly between single sound and dual
sound/stereo.
9)no sound quality defective .
Picture checking items & standard:
1 Picture quality:
1)must have raster and no one of the grey scale/male-female
face/
yellow spot/HOR. Radiation(determinant than 4
lines)/defocus/black&white
dot due to striking fire/serious frame shrink/kinkle/poor
chromatic purity etc.
2)must have picture and picture&color no intermittent when
tapping/
no overscanning/geometric distortion&contour distortion are
not obvious,watching
normally/high picture sensitivity/low noise,can watch
normally/brightness&
contrast fucntion is normal/high grey scale,watch
normally/white-BAL can .
be adujsted/no retrace lines/no picture incline/on sound
interference on picture/
microphone influence/band/streaking/frame shaking/line
torsion/netted interference/
have color/no basic color missing/color steadiness.
