CAUTION.
The tray should always be attached to and deta-
ched from the jug once removed from the central
unit.
CAUTION.
Working in hot mode or when steam cooking in-
volves high temperatures. Take care when hand-
ling the appliance, particularly the stainless steel
parts due to the risk of suffering burns.
CAUTION.
The tray must always contain the properly as-
sembled gasket (Figure 34).
To detach the tray from the jug:
Slide the handle tab downwards and remove the tray
once it becomes detached.
(Figures 37 and 38).
The gasket should be removed and cleaned separa-
tely when cleaning the lid or stainless steel tray.
Proceed in the same way as with the jug to manipula-
te the jug-steamer set in the central unit.
