Adjustments and operations
The distance between distribution bands must be observed to provide a homogeneous
distribution in the whole area, so that the same amount can be distributed per m² of soil.
In practice, however, a variation of up to 25% in the distribution amount is acceptable and
that occurs especially between distribution bands (overlapping band).
The distance of 07 meters for dry lime, 09 meters for humid lime and 10 meters for
granulated commercial fertilizer (according to the tables) are a result of several field trials,
on which we obtained a better distribution. We suggest not to increase these distances to
keep a proper overlapping band.

Adjustment of the flow divider
The adjustment of the flow divider (A) is provided to direct the product that falls on
the rotating discs, assisting in the uniformity of the distribution.
