Use only SAE 90 oil.
When completing the oil level, make it with the same type of oil you have
filled up the gearbox. If this is not possible, change all the oil even if it
is not necessary to do so.
Gearbox oil volume = 1.6 liters.
The oil used should not contain detergent.

Periodic maintenance is done on mechanisms suffering large requests and are more
protected from the external environment, therefore requiring maintenance less often.
GEARBOX:
The gearbox must be inspected every time the spreader is put into operation. If the
oil level is low, fill up the gearbox.
We recommend to change the oil after the first 200 operating hours, because the
gearbox will soften by that time.
Then, the change must be made every 1000 hours. The oil level verification must be
done in a flat place by loosening or removing the level plug to notice if there is any oil.
In order to change the oil completely, drain the remaining oil by removing the drain
plug (located in the lower part of the gearbox), the breather plug and the level plug.
Then, insert the drain plug again and fill up the gearbox through the breather plug
until the oil leaks by the level plug.
