• Retighten nuts and bolts before starting to use the spreader and after the first
day of work. Also, verify the conditions of the pins and cotter pins.
• Carefully observe the lubrication intervals.
• When filling up the spreader, check the correct hitching to the tractor traction bar
and PTO.
• Keep the traction bar of the tractor fixed.
• Keep the spreader leveled.
• The correct inflation of the tires is important and all tires must have the same
inflation. For

(60 PSI), 11L-15 (52 PSI) and 12.4-24/10 tires (30
PSI).
• Check if the bin is free from any object, such as: bag, canvas, sticks, stones and
others.
• Be sure that there is no strange object on the product that is being used.
• Observe the tension adjustment of the conveyor and transmission belt.
• During working and transportation, never allow passengers on the tractor or
equipment.
• Keep the tractor speed and PTO rotation speed constant.
• Keep the same distance between distribution bands in order to not compromise
the uniformity of the distribution.
• Cardan operation angle = 20º.
• While maneuvering, shut down the PTO and prevent the tractor tires from touching
the drawbar.
